A note about Washington State sales tax...

To order by mail and pay by check, prepare your order in the same way as for PayPal, but stop short of sending it to Paypal. Print the shopping cart page that shows the items you've ordered and the total with shipping and mail with your check. Be sure to print a copy for your records.
